My immediate family has hired Todd Moler to help with claims due to water damage in their home, and I couldn't believe the way he has treated them. He doesn't communicate any updates at all, he REFUSED to share any information about their claims with them. For months, they wouldn't know where they are standing with their claims. They even fired him and he won't let them go!! That's how unprofessional and shady his business is. Definitely do not recommend.

Wow! Where do I start and where would I be without Todd Moler and the Public Adjuster team? They helped guide me through an ordeal dealing with the insurance company. I cannot imagine going through this alone and am very thankful for the P A team ...Todd, Mike and the entire staff. Don't trust your insurance company to do the right thing... put the Public Adjusters team on your side, they'll get you through the storm.

We were having such trouble with our insurance company that we called our attorney who referred us to Todd. They really know what they're doing. As Todd said, you have to present your claim, of you don't you're leaving to the insurance to figure out how much of their money they feel like giving you. The more they pay you, the less they make in profit.

WOW! What a difference between the way my insurance company treated me and the way they listen and respond to the private adjusters. The public's adjuster got my claim to 3 times what they wanted to give me and my claim was settled in 1 week after I hired them. I will never try to adjust my own claim ever again. Thanks Guys! Especially Julie and Wendy for all the accounting and explaining everything

When you think maybe you can handle your own insurance claim, think if you would want to be your own attorney.
My full time background is (35) years in residential construction and real estate, even with my experience, insurance adjusting is an entirely different world.
The Public's Adjuster handled everything, every conversation, the insurance company's adjusters, estimates, appointments, etc.
You will be able to live your life and know they are in your corner and they know the process
I would never have been able to do what they did for me. You will be assigned an adjuster, they will bring in experts, they will negotiate and arm wrestle when needed.
If I could give this company 10 stars I would.
Their contractor, their personal content adjuster,
The adjuster they assign you, the office staff, all of them have worked together for years and they always answer the phone.
Whatever you pay them, it doesn't matter because they will think of the things you wouldn't.
A loss is personal, overwhelming and daunting. Their integrity and expertise is worth every dime.

The roof of my multifamily suffered some damage from a fallen tree during a storm. I thought because my roof was not in the best condition the insurance company wouldn't want to cover it.

A family member encouraged me to contact Dave at The Public's Adjuster in Hamden. I didn't even know what a public adjuster was.

Dave and Mike, the estimator, were great. They were personable, professional, and informative. They gave me an honest assessment and set my expectations realistically. Then they took over and went to work. They handled "everything" and in the end I could not have been more thrilled with the outcome. The insurance settlement was fantastic!

Without them, this process would have been arduous, stressful and without any doubt, would have resulted in a significantly smaller claim settlement.

I can't imagine ever making a future insurance claim without using the services of The Public's Adjuster.
